Merry Christmas

I have decided that it’s not really Christmas until you start seeing the inflatable decorations popping up.

A couple of Sheldon’s neighbors really take decorating for Christmas serious. We have made fun of their display in the past but this year the first week of December rolled by and NO decorations had appeared.

YIKES, could we really be missing their lighted wonder? What was taking so long? We hoped everything was all right. Were they sick? Were they offended from remarks that they resemble the Griswold’s?

Then, slowly things started appearing until it was all there. Whew! We felt better knowing that their Christmas spirit was once again alive and well.

I guess that the truth is WE REALLY LIKE their exhibit. It just seems so Christmassy. Hopefully they won't scare us like that again.

Here is some video to share with you this Christmas Season. ENJOY!

Sheldon, your house is looking pretty pitiful next to your festive neighbors.
I think we'll take our gift back and buy you some decorations instead.

Geez Sheldon, you couldn't even afford a string of lights to connect your house to everyone else's???

Ha ha ha! I think my lack of christmas decorating is well made up by that of my neigbors. At least I don't need a flashlight to go outside at night. And yes, I can afford another string of lights, I have some in my house. Some of us are just lazier than others.

Sheldon,
I enjoyed the beautiful videography in this film. If I was as cool as you, everyone would be jealous. You should be the next Steven Spielberg or something! Oh, and I would still carry a flashlight around just in case there is a power outage you will still be able to find your way. I think the rest of the planet thanks you for conserving our dwindling electrical resources. HEHE more lights for me!

I didn't know that Boxelder was new Christmas Street. I remember hearing about this display last year and now I've missed it again. I'm glad you got a nice shot of this amazing display. Don't let your mom forget to remind me to see this display next year. I only like the lights, music, and food at Christmas - I hate the rest of December so I really do need to see this display in real life.
